Built for Jobber trade contractors
SubCert automatically tracks Certificate of Insurance (COI) compliance for every 1099 subcontractor you dispatch through Jobber — so you're never one expired policy away from a liability problem.
SubCert is currently in early access development. No product is live yet — this page is how we're gauging interest before we build.
Three things, done automatically, so COI tracking stops living in a spreadsheet nobody updates.
Subs submit their ACORD 25 Certificate of Insurance and SubCert automatically scans and extracts the key fields — carrier, policy number, coverage limits, effective and expiration dates. No manual data entry.
Limits & Expiration Parsed
As a policy approaches expiration, SubCert automatically texts and emails the subcontractor at 30, 15, and 7 days out asking them to renew or submit an updated COI — before it lapses, not after.
Each subcontractor gets a simple compliance badge — Compliant, Expiring Soon, Expired, or Missing — visible alongside your existing Jobber workflow.
SubCert flags, you decide. SubCert does not autonomously block dispatch, remove technicians from the schedule, or take any automatic action against a job. It surfaces compliance status and chases paperwork — every dispatch decision stays with you.
If you're a Jobber user dispatching 1099 subcontractors and you've ever wondered whether a sub's insurance lapsed three months ago, this is for you.
Typical fit: 5–50 active 1099 subcontractors, dispatched through Jobber. SubCert is purpose-built around Jobber's platform — it is not a generic compliance tool.
We're building SubCert now. Tell us about your business and we'll reach out about early access and a live demo — no cost or commitment to join the waitlist.
